In August 2001, I participated in SeaTrek2001 which was a reenactment of the emigration of the thousands of European converts to the Church of Jesus Chirst of Latter-day Saints who crossed the Atlantic to join the saints in Utah. Forty-nine of my ancestors from Norway, Denmark, Scotland, and England made this crossing. I traveled by tall ship from Hamburg, Germany, to Hull, England.
